Saw a hedgehog in my garden today

Don't know what to do with hedgehogs, so I left him a piece of sausage near the burrow. Now, half a day later, it is gone

You shouldn't need to feed him, especially not human sausage because it's much too salty.

The only time to feed is when seeing a little one (born this year) which hasn't managed to get fat when nights get freezing. What to feed: the most pure :marseyheart: cat food, like treats. 100% meat, no sugar, no wheat!

I bought sticks like that for that very purpose, cut it up (tiny mouth) and put it on a plate where his usual route is. Gone within hours.

There are plenty of hedgehogs in my city. One lived in my apartment buildings inner garden years ago.

I even saw one today, although he was splattered on the road.
