There is a mole on my neck that I tear off by hand once in a while

Bits of it just come off when I tear on it and I can't help it, it seems to grow back after a bit. I told a friend (lie I don't have friends) and he suggested I'm gonna die of skin cancer.

I'm going to sleep and I'd like to know when I wake up if I'm going to die. Please cast your votes and I'll disregard them unless they say it's benign and I can ignore it forever.
