I have some angled-up shots, just haven't gotten to them yet. The problem is fitting a tripod plus gimbal in the car and the limitations on space for where to aim it. I might have a friend drive and try to hand-hold the gimbal on some in order to get the road ahead better - continuity be darned.
I don't think they make any sense financially or environmentally (shorter lifespan) but that is a good looking car. I think the sweet spot for cars is between 1995 and 2005. You get modern safety, decent ICE performance, and OBD/OBDII for diagnostics, without all of the nanny shit or unnecessary infotainment.
This 928 is a 1989 and is kind of in the worst spot for electrical stuff - complicated yet without OBD so if something's wrong it's up to you and a multimeter to figure out what's going on. The whole wiring harness needs to be replaced at this point as the insulation has deteriorated to the point of falling off if you breathe on it. So many gremlins.
No you dont lol IIHS didn't even start the rollover roof strength test until 2009, and most cars didnt have side curtain airbags. I have my fair share of classic death traps, including some pre-1980 mega death traps, but anything pre-2012ish (depending on when the generation is refreshed) is complete shit compared to anything newer than that.
Also ADAS sucks but if you want that it basically didnt exist until recently.
BIPOC, I didnt say I wanted modern safety, I said youre wrong.
Also, get back to me when you drive an 80s turbo kei car or a piece of shit 60s A body on the highway like a real man, your 928 has crumple zones and disc brakes (foid shit)

The external shots are great, I love the drone shots. The internal shots showing the wheel could be angled up a bit to see where you're driving?

Unrelated but what do you think of electric cars? The Ioniq 5 is pretty sexy, I'm thinking of getting one.
I drove a relative's Jag I-Pace electric for a weekend and loved it.

Some of these new ones have sensors that beep if they think that you're looking away from the road.

My M440i had that. I miss that car but not the technology. That thing could rip.
