A couple years ago I was doing around 4 grams of coke every day or two. I quit cold turkey when my wife got pregnant. It was easy as frick, honestly. I'm almost two years clean.
Vaping is 5000x harder to quit than cocaine or smokes. Like not even close. I think it's because it's so accessible? I would vape all the time everywhere. On an airplane? Vaping. Movie theater? Vaping. Hospital? Vaping. I've been vaping like this for nearly 10 years.
I think part of its the oral fixation. Ive been using a makeup pen as a pretend vape and it helps a little.
It's been 3 days and I already feel the results. I feel clearer, I'm more horny, my lungs feel lighter, I dont have a smokers cough anymore. Anyways, I'm gonna keep going. For my daughter. Thats what I'm doing this for. Well, and my health.

This helped me quit. Used it for a few weeks then I quit fully. You will always have that want for it still though sadly. I picked it back up after a year gonna try to quit again soon

Thank you! That looks better than the makeup pen lmao. Cravings do go away, at least they did with cocaine. It took about 18 months, though. I still get triggered and want to buy a ball when I get drunk so I remedied that by not getting drunk anymore either. Hopefully it's a similar thing with the vapes

Cracks me up that anti-smoking products are always way more expensive than smoking.

That's why I only used it for a few weeks to get me through the worst bit
