I have stopped having anxiety attacks.

I have normalized how I start my day and that has allowed me to increase the order in my day to day life. Turns out I just needed some self managed stability and order in my life. That is the secret. Organize your life and create habits that you do every single day the moment you wake up and carry on from there. It allows you to save time on the thinking and increase your productivity as doing the same task every single day makes it automatic over time.
