My retirement plan was to enslave James Earl Jones and Patrick Stewart to read every audiobook ever published. Now that one is dead, idk how to make ends meet.

The first major RPG I ever played had the King voiced by Patrick Stewart.

Of course I'm talking about Westwood Entertainment Studios "Lands of Lore."

You do know James Earl Jones genuinely did a recording of the KJV NT, right? :marseyjamming: :marseyandjesus: This is his reading of John with pleasant background music.

Incredibly wholesome !Christians content. RIP, James. :marseykneel: :marseysulk:

There was a particularly well produced Catholic reading with sound effects that pulled Sean Astin for one of the Gospels (Mark or Matthew I think). It goes slowly enough to be a bit easier to follow but James had such an amazing cadence and timbre to give it the gravitas it deserves. :!marseypraying:

Growing up I fell asleep to audiobooks every night and my family has the cassette tape set for this one. :marseyvaderlove::marseyvaderlove::marseyvaderlove: :marseyandjesus:
