Make up your own SCP

Back when SCP was good I had an idea for making one that was an anomalous version of /bin/scp with some extra options, it ends up with the Foundation running surveillance looking for any other instances but otherwise letting it sit unexamined for fear of accidentally overwriting the universe, with even attempts to disassemble and understand the code causing anomalies when the Foundation codecels run bits of it in their head. But I never got the chance to write it up before SCP became bad.
