Imagine living in Cali and voting to voluntarily decommission your only remaining nuclear power plant for no reason besides "nuclear icky", and then having Gavin Newsom sign an emergency bill to keep the plant online thru 2030 because without it your rolling blackouts would increase by 10% in frequency and duration
