With it being the week of Christmas I'm burning through the last of my vacation time at work, so that gives me ample opportunity to day-drink.
Here in Minnesota the August Schell Brewing Company puts out this peanut butter and chocolate flavored porter in the winter months. A very rich and nutty tasting beer, and pretty potent at 6.0% ABV. The problem though is that the 12-pack I bought must have had a frick-up during packaging, because at least 3 of them have clearly NOT been the beer I bought. Instead it's a weaker straw-colored lager, only marginally better than the likes of Coors Light.
I'm on the borderline of emailing the company to see what the heck happened and to see if I can get a refund or a complimentary case (prob won't actually because effort ).

I had a similar thing happen with a peanut butter stout but the replacements had the same issue so I just stopped buying their beers.
