I mean, they could be if it was stuff they didn't like. That's why it's so importantly the first amendment, it's obvious that people would quickly vote to silence ppl they don't like. Idk why no one has pushed against these wanted restrictions with the fact that free speech is a basic human right, not just a constitutional one.
