This is why I hate "environmentalists". They try and ban nat gas meanwhile the stupid policies they implement cause massive sewage spills.

They also kill pipelines so the gas has to be driven in trucks or diesel run ships, which creates environmental damage, it also rises the cost of living meaning people have to work harder and produce more than before to make the same amount of output, which generates even more waste.
I also read the big reason Russia is still kicking in Ukraine is because they were able to ramp up manufacturing by bypassing environmental laws, meanwhile EU spent 2yrs squabbling in meetings and hasn't expanded artillery production because multiple districts won't let them make shell factories because environment rules and noise when testing
