Trump trusted more than Biden on democracy among key swing-state voters (Gift Article) : neoliberal

Don't know why some people think it's so weird to not trust Biden more than Trump on democracy. Trump is accused of making some phone calls and asking people to dig up votes for him, plus launching legal challenges to various election results, plus telling a crowd to go to the Capitol building and peacefully protest the election results. Which is... well, I don't know why some Redditors think it is apocalyptically horrible. Trump is also facing legal threats that may be inspired by a Democrat desire to prevent him from taking office even if he wins the election. And back in 2020, many Democrats cheered a political movement that protested so hard in Washington DC that the Secret Service took Trump to a bunker under the White House. Which was an overreaction, but still...

Also, this guy makes a good point:
