These idiots are doing nothing to help Palestine. The most realistic way for most of us to help Palestine in the long-term is to keep Trump and the GOP out of power so that we can have sensible foreign policy for the foreseeable future. This doesn't guarantee that Palestine has a positive future, but it's the only thing that gives such a future even a chance of occurring.
