She was a dictator only in the sense that she would go after parents when their kids skipped school and got into mischief.
In a different timeline, she'd have run on her strong prosecutor bona fides, won, and served two terms. In our timeline, she ran for office at a time when her party celebrated criminals and condemned people in favor of public order. Unfortunate.
