Someone cheated for sure, but good luck proving it was the democratic party. It may have just as well been China, Iran, Russia - all four had interest in cockblocking trump. In fact, of the four, Democrats are the least capable of pulling something like that off. What likely happened is that One or more of the three hacked the election to jeep trump out of office, and democrats, if they even found out, did their best to hide any evidence on their part and shut down any investigation and allegations.
