Any high population country sends more educated people to the United States because the immigration quota doesn't care about the population of the country and just limits the maximum to a fixed number. So China, India, Nigeria, Indonesia all have a very hard time getting in and only the absolute best make it. So you're much better off for immigration purposes if you're a normie in Burundi than a top student in India.
