Once a year the city decides to clean up certain areas. They come with garbage trucks and just trash everything. Two weeks later the junkies have reestablished themselves in the exact same spot. So the city comes and trashes their shit again the next year.
It was my favorite day of the year. I wished they would increase the frequency. Then I moved.
