Not thinspo but fitspo, but I've been hiking over 40 miles a week this month with a weighted backpack (20-35ish pounds idk I haven't checked) :marseycrayoneater:

Other then that I have been bingeing a 2000-3000 calorie meal and then fasting for 1-3 days for the last couple of weeks
