Other then that I have been bingeing a 2000-3000 calorie meal and then fasting for 1-3 days for the last couple of weeks

can't you just do OMAD or something?
I'm poor and have bad eating habits, so to compensate I keep no food at my dorm/house and only buy enough food for one day every few days
