I liked how the moral of the story was “stop revenge killing” and “don’t be a snitch”.

It’s like they targeted American youths directly.

They have a pretty good track record of learning from music videos. So they have plenty of experience

So we just need to put a repeating jingly background track over the videos of people being shot after attacking cops?

I didn’t see the “No snitching” part of the story tbh

tbh I barely remember anything about this movie, but I think it had to do with Shuri agreeing to not reveal the location of the underwater city to the amerikkkans, despite Namor killing her moms.

Their only real channel of communication was with that burger glowie and after her mom died was not available possible because he got arrested and probably would not have helped much by that point. It was also probably at the back of their minds given the attack.

I mean.. the entire movie is based around Namor not wanting Talokan discovered.

The mom threatens to expose the location of Talokan to the US when Namor captures Shuri and Riri, leading to war, and her death. (She gave a speech to the UN, she has to have more contacts than one glowie)

The peace treaty is predicated on Shuri letting Namor live in exchange for not exposing the location of Talokan and letting Riri live.

So, in short, Shuri doesn’t revenge kill, and agrees not to snitch to the Americans in exchange for peace.

They also end up rescuing the glowie that got arrested at the end of the movie.

The fact that Riri just goes back to school at the end feels like a huge plot hole though, because the US Government can just find and capture her and force her to make a vibranium detector like they originally planned to.
