If you want the heckin good faitherino reddit gold answer it's because a certain subset of trans-women (neurodivergent AGPs, many of whom were formerly the chuds on the right end of OP's horseshoe) are by and large insufferable people who suck regardless of whatever gender they identify as. Normally they would have just been part of niche subcultures but being trans affords them premium oppressed status despite largely being beneficiaries of white male privilege for most of their lives. Which they promptly abuse to the detriment of women and LGBT people overall.
