It's a vegan's idea of how people eat meat. They've seen all the components doing image searches but don't know how it all fits together.
That's pretty much the way it came across for me too, like they were tasked with depicting an activity they didn't quite understand - "I understand those bad people put gravy on their turkey flesh. How does this work though? Do they put it on the turkey before they murder it, or is it poured on the frozen corpse? I don't get it!! I guess they just pour it on the body after it comes out of the turkey Auschwitz furnace or something"
