So like I keep gaining weight but more specfically I'm 99% sure it's just my poop amassing in my body. In the last 6 days I have burned more calories than I've eaten and therefore am basically -1600 claories a day since that's how much your body needs to... exist. I should be about 4 pounds lighter but actually 8 pounds heavier. So it's... all shit in my body I guess. I have zero need to take a shit. I wonder if I'll die on the potty like Elvis.
