!macacos random but are picanha steaks nice? thinking of trying it out for dinner tomorrow

Yes, but they can be easily botched during cooking. I ate some very good Picanhas and other which ended up tasting like a shoe soil due to extreme cooking, I think medium well is the right point.

Medium rare is a good point too and more typical. Yeah, medium well is probably the most you can cook it while tasting good.

>1 meal a day

Bro you just need to maximize the space between meals, you're in a fasting state 3 hrs after eating. Early lunch, late dinner.

One of the best cuts, a staple of Brazilian barbecue

Our current president was elected on a platform of making picanha cheaper so the working class can eat again, so yeah, I think Brazilians would recommend

My brother just got back from a hunting trip with some quail, and it's tempting me to go off of my pescatarian diet. They're keeping the quail in the freezer to cook for Thanksgiving, so I'll have time to think about it lol.

By the way, do you guys have a holiday similar to Thanksgiving? I know Korea has something like it. I appreciate a day with family and good eats.

hmmm it would be our Lunar New Year where there's a demarcated "Reunion Dinner" on the eve of it (also when all the restaurants and eateries charge a "new year" premium :marseyjewoftheorient!:). Because Singapore's very tiny it's not uncommon to have meals with your family maybe once a week or something, so the whole "Reunion Dinner" thing here doesn't have the grandeur like say in China where tons of people travel back to their hometown villages for it, but it's still a nice thing especially if you have family members studying or working overseas coming home :marseywholesome:

Quail

the only time I had quail was when they made us kill and eat it during jungle training in the army :marseycry::marseyinsane: :marseyschizowave:
