There has been research about this. It's generally between 1 and 5% of men in estimates iirc. Women are p-dophiles at much much lower rates. I also recall reading that like 3% of IP addresses in the US access CP in any given year. I'm guessing some of those are just deranged coomers looking for taboo porn but not true p-dophiles. I'm also going to assume there's a small amount of pedos that don't consume CP as well & just use their imagination due to fear of being caught, moral issues, etc.
