just look at google maps for the "jet center" or google "jet charter". the industry is filled with literal hundreds of small
aircraft management companies who lease out an owners aircraft when the owner isnt using it, or might even have a few aircraft dedicated for just charters.
Depending on mission (distance+size required) youll usually pay something like $2-4k per hour, maybe more if you need a bigger plane.
