Since it was 11 ([company] restructuring of debt) vs 7 (liquidation), depending on what is decided by the judge they may possibly end up paying something - they're just protected from being sued or forced to pay from external forces from my understanding.

It's been a few years since I've worked with bankruptcy though so I may be wrong; it was sort of a passion of mine pre-estates when I used to do legal clerk bullshit. :!marseyautism:
