If and when you get called in for jury duty because Jamal decided it was a good idea to get high and steal a car, just ask to be excused because you're racist. It works 60% of the time every time.
Also it's pretty much true as far as everyone here on this site is concerned. The judge will question you and might even be charged if you're an idiot like this guy and admit that you lied to get out of jury duty, but honestly just saying that you were raised in a racist household and it's something you're trying to work on should be enough to sell it.
Oh yeah, and this will only work if you're a mayo.
God help you if the judge demands you call someone the n-word in to prove it. 
Just tell him it's No N-word November or something.
