well lois, the joke is actually a play on words. you see, bardfinn is a reddit moderator of several large subreddits, and is known for his almost schizophrenic rants about politics. one phrase he uses quite a bit is "bad faith actor", which means a person that is engaging in a conversation for reasons that are different from the normal expectation of a user. in this context, "actor" refers to "a person acting"
on the other hand, chris prat is an actor, in that he plays roles in movies. chris prat was (and may still be) a practicing christian, and has been open about his faith over the last few years. famously, he attended the megachurch called "hillsong". however, following a series of scandals in the hillsong church, chris pratt has distanced himself from the church. since people use the word "faith" to refer to religion, one could say he has "bad faith".
here's where things get really funny. because of this, chris pratt is a "bad faith actor", which is something that bardfinn hates. there's actually another level to this clever play on words because bardfinn classically hates republicans, and pratt is a known republican.
