When the communists lit up a giant civilian shopping center, there was a super high res video of a rocket launcher truck firing from a field, driving around a field, then parking next to some other rocket launchers in the under-the-mall parking garage. That was pretty cool.

Maybe you should stop only watching Ukrainian propaganda channels then, NATO coper. The low quality ones are from the precision guided missile "Product 305-e" the video quality of which depends on the distance to the target as this determines the final bitrate. Since the missile is destroyed on impact there is no need for high quality footage streaming.
