You just proved to me you have no idea how relationships work while thinking you do. Different taste in movies is fine, but when your parenter really tries to get you to engage with something you should try to make them happy. Your telling me its normal and healthy to not do something as easy AS SITTING ON A COUCH AND WATCHING A MOVIE. Is your time to important you cant make your gf happy? Like shes offering head TO WATCH A MOVIE. And if your response is "hur dur i souldnt have to watch it" well she obviously wants to be able to share things with her bf and he obviously does not want to participate. Healthy relationships is stepping out of your confort zone to make both groups happy and not doing what you always want to do if you want to make the relationship work. Come on now this is literally how break ups start is one party shows little to no intrest in it. This is exactly my point, there's too little information here to make any judgments like that on it. Could it be a sign that something is wrong in the relationship? Maybe. But it just as well could be a single case that doesn't mean anything. FFS guy could literally just be tired from work, it's not like there are no cases where something like that is permissible in a relationship. Doing stuff for your partner is good, but nobody does it 100% of the time. After all they are individuals and retain some self interest. You should never do everything that your partner asks of you no question asked, that's how you become a doormat to be stepped on. You have to express and defend your needs, even in a relationship

I dont think we really disagree on much. You just called me a redditer and that triggered me for sure.
I believe (as some one who lived through it) when the little things add up its usally thr sign some one wants to bow out. And iv been the ignored and the ignorer so iv seen both sides.
Sbe absolutely could be just looking to b-word and complain and be to high maintenance. Or he could be rethinking the relationship.
