That subreddit is bizarre. It's like a bunch of insecure nerds LARPing as ironic cool nihilists, but failing to pull it off. Plus I feel like most people there hugely overestimate their own intelligence. Strange community. Yeah, so is rDrama, but still.
I keep going there though cause like maybe 1/20 posts actually has something interesting to say.

The pod and half of the fanbase started as lefties disillusioned by PC, who moved to the dissident right over a period of 5 years.
The Reddit sub of 120k - the other half of the fanbase - devolved into the same old
s who wail about rightoids and wrongthink. This is because the head mod is a fat woman who loves pitbulls, and applies that lens to moderating the sub.
