He's clearly not as cash money as he was 10 years ago, but watching from 16:40 on, I don't think he's a dementoid. Unless they have some serious new drugs to treat it. But anyone who's dealt with a dementoid IRL, knows they cannot speak for even 30 seconds like that. They cannot read from a prompter, address an audience, make off the cuff remarks, etc. The dementoid will literally say "Where am I?" out loud or try to flee their location on foot because everything they see is alien to them. A dementoid simply cannot stand like that for 15 minutes and be even mildy coherent.

You don't just wake up with dementia like that. It's a more gradual thing. Most of the time it starts out mild and gets worse over several years.

True but the dementoid allegations started 4 years ago and he still hasn't gone full r-slur. Definitely some mild r-slur moments, but nothing incredibly blatant. Idk maybe they're just good at handling his bussy or they really do have state of the art drugs, but I'm just not seeing the total collapse of the mind.
