The Egyptian government secretly wants Gaza glassed even more than Israel does, even if they feel personally sympathetic. They don't want to deal with any "freedom fighter" bullshit. Their #1 goal in this situation is for the entire world to forget that they exist.

We really should ask Aevann how his neighbors feel about it because the mood seems 100% celebratory in the other Arab nations. I bet the average Egyptian wants to take them in, but not within 500 miles in their back yard.
