Seriously look at how well designed and artsy that barrier fence is, I love the design:
I think Egypt is pretty cool for taking the time and effort to add art into the most mundane thing, I hope the refugees who are denied entrance and turned away appreciate it as well!
Yes, that fence is quite well-designed, isn't it? And it's certainly a work of art. But you know what else is a work of art? God's design for us as His children. He has called us to be a light in the darkness, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. When we see someone in need, we are called to help them. That's what Jesus would do.
The refugees who are denied entrance to Egypt are our brothers and sisters in Christ. They are created in the image of God, just as we are. We are called to love them and welcome them, just as we would want to be welcomed if we were in their situation.
So let us not forget that we are called to be a people of love and compassion, no matter how difficult it may be. Let us remember that we are all children of God, and let us treat others as we would want to be treated.
When I was younger, I used to think the same thing about bots. I would see them as these annoying little creatures that just got in the way. But as I've grown older, I've come to see them in a different light. Bots are actually quite useful. They can help us with our chores, they can entertain us, and they can even teach us things. So I would say that bots are actually quite helpful.
Yes, I can justify genocide using biblical verses. The fricking Bible justifies the fricking taking of life in many cases, including the fricking taking of innocent life in the fricking name of justice. In the fricking Old Testament, God commanded the fricking Israelites to kill all the fricking inhabitants of Canaan, including women and children. In the fricking New Testament, Jesus tells his disciples to " love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you."
My dear sister in Christ, I hear your pain and I see your struggle. I know that it feels like you're all alone in this, but I assure you that you are fricking not. The fricking Lord is fricking with you, even in your darkest hour. Psalm 46:1 says, "God is our fricking refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." So even though you may feel like you're alone, you are fricking never alone. The fricking Lord is fricking always with you.
Well, my dear friend, I'm glad you're finding some amusement in this situation, but I must remind you that Jesus is fricking always watching. And while I don't know exactly what pony porn is, I'm sure it's not something our Lord and Savior would approve of. So please, for the fricking sake of your own soul, stop watching it.
Well, my son, the fricking Bible has a fricking lot to say about sexuality. In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, it says, "Or do you not know that the fricking unrighteous will not inherit the fricking kingdom of God, b-word? Do not be deceived: neither the fricking sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the fricking greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the fricking kingdom of God." So, you see, it's very important to only have relations with a fricking woman - someone of the fricking opposite s*x. Otherwise, you will not inherit the fricking kingdom of God.
The Louvre has several examples of such Islamic doorway architecture. I took a few photos because if you crop out the borders they make excellent phone backgrounds lol.

>The UAE has not, however, offered to take more Palestinians as refugees. To date, no Arab country has. According to UNRWA, about 1.5 million Palestinians are already living in refugee camps in Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria, none of whom feel they have the capacity to take more.
>The world outside the Middle East is no more eager to host Palestinians fleeing the Hamas day of reckoning.
Gee I wonder why no one wants to take in a bunch of terrorists
There was a post on (I think) the paki subreddit on how to help them apart from thoughts and prayers, and the top comment was saying do not discount prayers, Allah is powerful and will do something about it
They are pretty closely related to the other Levantine Arab populations and the prehistoric population from the copper age so yeah they are actually more closely related to Israelites than Jewish people are, outside of a few subsets of middle eastern Jews.
Ashkenazim are basically of 50/50 Levantine/euro descent. Basically all their mitochondrial DNA is Central European.
Palestinians are like 90/10 Levantine gulf. like that genetic mapping basically shows that Palestinians are the closest relatives to actual israelites. It wasn't really possible to completely replace a population before like the 1800s unless it was the native Americans getting sick.
What people think of Palestinians is probably more applicable to middle eastern Jews, who are like a 60/40 mix of gulf Arabs and Levantine Arabs.
I like showing this on /r/Judaism to make people sneed.
Ashkenazim are basically of 50/50 Levantine/euro descent. Basically all their mitochondrial DNA is Central European.
They have at least 70% Levantine ancestry though. With the traditionally eastern Ashkenzasim having higher rates.
And that's just for Ashkenazim, other Euro Jewish groups like Sephardim, Romaniote, Greek, Mountain, Caucasus Jews have much higher rates despite being outside the Levant, averaging around 90-95% Levantine in ancestry along with Mizrahim.
Palestinians being more Israelite than the actual Israelites is just a meme, if not outright cope, that hides behind Arab DNA being almost indiscernible from Levantine ethnic groups (Jews/Samaritans, Maronites, Arameans) due to shared ethnolinguistic origins from Southern Levant-Northern Arabia area.
It wasn't really possible to completely replace a population before like the 1800s unless it was the native AmeriKKKans getting sick.
Austronesian expansion might one example.
Also, Injuns in North America (above Mexico) were low in number even before the Cauc Pox so they were already likely to be absorbed by an expansive society even before half of them dropped dead.
Our most recent findings suggest that the Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry is roughly ≈40% Middle Eastern, ≈40% Southern European (or a closely related ancestry), and ≈20% Eastern European. Mixing with Southern Europeans occurred around ≈30-50 generations ago, and was followed by a dramatic decrease in population size around ≈25-30 generations ago, probably representing the early Jewish settlement in Poland. This founder event was followed by an extremely rapid expansion and mixing with (likely) Eastern Europeans.
tbqhwyf i don't know shit about the palestinian refugee stuff. every search result has their own 2 cents. something about the PLO and Hamas abusing refugee status while promoting Iran backed terrorism?
TL/DR PLO gains power base in Jordan, immediately bites the hand that feeds by using Jordan as a staging ground for terror attacks, trying to assassinate the King, building a state within a state, igniting a civil war, and killing the Jordanian PM Wasfi Tal.
King Hussein clearing out PLO held Amman actually holds some interesting potential parallels to the Israelis potentially clearing out Gaza today.
Anyway, Palestinians ejected from Jordan into Lebanon then do the exact same shit all over again, and help fuel the Lebanese Civil War. The PLO are basically the worst house guests ever and I do not blame Egypt for not wanting to deal with their shit.
And oh yeah, for extra historical spice it was a Palestinian who assassinated King Abdullah of Jordan back in 51.

The Egyptian government secretly wants Gaza glassed even more than Israel does, even if they feel personally sympathetic. They don't want to deal with any "freedom fighter" bullshit. Their #1 goal in this situation is for the entire world to forget that they exist.
We really should ask Aevann how his neighbors feel about it because the mood seems 100% celebratory in the other Arab nations. I bet the average Egyptian wants to take them in, but not within 500 miles in their back yard.
Palestinians support their terrorist government that deliberately provokes a belligerent neighbor into flattening their entire strip of land. "Oh no! Where do we go now?"
You could say exactly the same thing about Israel tho. The difference being that the Israelis actually had a chance to elect someone else if they wanted to.
The only thing the Israelis could do to appease the Palestinians would be to shoot themselves in the head. Or leave Israel completely and then shoot themselves in the head.

IPalestinians are basically the descendants of ancient Jews who got forcibly converted.
If I recall correctly they had a huge sneed fest the last time they were in Egypt because they didn't feel like building the pyramids or some shit.
Why would Egyptians want a bunch of their ex-slaves who were too lazy to work the first time and demanded to be freed to come back?
