They don't really show a lot of the aftermath. Obviously an explosion can be seen when the RPGs are fired at the tanks, but it's not clear if the reactive armor is working as intended or whether or not the tank and crew are actually getting wrekt. Contrast this with footage from the Ukraine war where you'll clearly see tanks turn into huge fireballs, have their turrets blown clean off, and/or have burning crew members trying to escape.

Yeah the Israelis put a lot of emphasis on their vehicles not catastrophically blowing up and killing everyone inside. Whereas the Russians built that shit in the 1980s with the idea that people are expendable because we're all going to die in a nuclear war anyway.
I'm guessing a lot of vehicles are getting totalled but the guys inside are surviving.

You really don't want to stick around after you hit the tank and they don't have a massive fleet of drones to waste confirming the kill, even if it wasn't destroyed it could be immobilized.
The first video that was posted here when the conflict started showed a militant running upto the tank to place a charge on the trophy system and ERA to destroy it before the RPG team hits it, so that could also be the standard practice.
