Probably attempting to minimize casualties in exchange for skipping building to building warfare and making it harder to kill actual Hamas fighters. It's a PR war and they looked really weak after 10/7. They'd rather just blow up buildings than get caught in actual gunfights on enemy turf.

That's not true, Lebanon was a functional democracy till Israel exiled Palestinians and they took in all those refugees. And to be fair, most of the Arab majority countries today haven't been independent in the era of democracy.

They don't really show a lot of the aftermath. Obviously an explosion can be seen when the RPGs are fired at the tanks, but it's not clear if the reactive armor is working as intended or whether or not the tank and crew are actually getting wrekt. Contrast this with footage from the Ukraine war where you'll clearly see tanks turn into huge fireballs, have their turrets blown clean off, and/or have burning crew members trying to escape.

Yes RPG7 can penetrate those APCs and damage tanks/bulldozers
They target the rear door of those APCs as the door is a weak point and where the troops are. That's why they waited for it to pass before shooting it in the rear
It won't penetrate a tank (hypothetically unless multiple hit or something) so they target the turret of tanks where the stuff like optics are, without those they are useless
