There's video from another hospital where they were keeping hostages. It was pretty clear the basement wasn't being used for medical purposes. You don't install make shift pottys and showers and ventilation for that.

Because their numbers have been found to be accurate (conservative even), not only in the past but also presently, and even in line with Israel's own figures? The UN, WHO and pretty much every NGO and news agency involved or reporting on this conflict say that the figures are surely much higher than what the Gaza Health Ministry have given, with all the missing people buried under tons of rubble. Keep in mind that the people in Gaza have an ID number assigned to them by Israel and that the Gaza Health Ministry has provided all the names and IDs of those killed.
Because Israel has been caught lying hundreds of times about it? They've killed thousands of journ*lists, medics, handicapped, children and then lied bout it afterwards even when confronted with undeniable evidence of their crimes.
