Better question: if Israel is committing a genocide then why has it taken 75 years so far and and why do Palestinian birth rates exceed the death rates?

Consider what has worked for Israel in the past.

Go to war (that they didn't start) in an area so that the local inhabitants flee “voluntarily”. Jews inhabit the vacated land. Gradually they assume a demographic majority in the region, legally purchase land, and after a certain point can claim it as Israeli land.

Anything more than what they are doing, and it would look like expansionism.

Israel could deploy F35's and kill everyone if they wanted, it's just a bad look.

Israel will destabilize infrastructure, Palestinians will flee, Israel will come in and say that they need to rebuild for the sake of Israelis and Palestinians alike, to do so will require Israel to control the area but Palestinians are still welcome (welcome back to where we just killed your friends and family! 😂). In 10 years when the region is rebuilt, Israel will say “look at all the good we did, HAMAS destroyed the area and caused the death of tens of thousands of civilians, not Israel! Israel rooted out HAMAS and REBUILT the area!”.

It's a much easier sell.

Gaza is a city unprecedented to conquer in modern warfare, the city itself is of a million and a half people or more, population-wise it's bigger than Tel Aviv and Jerusalem combined.

Also the tunnel infrastructure is incredible, which requires tons of combat engineers to root out, flooding the tunnels might be the best solution after all.

Also the civilians there are mostly collaborating with Hamas, either at will or at gunpoint. This makes shock and awe tactics harder to pull off without a one way ticket to The Hague. If you pull the civilians out of the city, you're called an ethnic cleanser and muh Nakba, if you don't get them to leave, they'll say it's anutha Nakba but this time the bombs will exterminate them. Everything you will do will be twisted against you in the media, because Balestinians have a total war against Israelis, while Israelis act with restraint

Serious answer: Israel is unable to full commit into occupying Gaza because they don't have the manpower to hold the West Bank and Gaza at the same time. If the West Bank chimps out and Israel doesn't have enough to contain them, they could bum rush it to the Mediterranean and cause a domino effect Islamic WAAAGH where Hezbollah, Jordan insurgents, Syrian insurgents and Hamas overwhelm Israel at the same time. Israel is strong but it can only fight one or two opponents at a time.

Is there anything more cucked than marrying a woman? Honestly, think about it rationally. You are committing your life, time, and resources solely so she can eventually divorce you and take half your stuff. All the effort you put into the relationship - wining and dining her, remembering anniversaries, helping around the house - it all leads to one result: her leaving you for another man.

Raised the perfect wife? Congrats. Who benefits? Some random divorce lawyer who had nothing to do with your relationship. He gets to take your hard-earned money.
