Would you allow Palestinian state their own army for example? If not, its not sovereign. You can say you don't allow it and thats understandable from israeli perspective, and thats why conflict is inevitable.

No but it means you dont want them to be sovereign, which they want to be. So you have to fight until one side imposes its will on the other.
