By this point, I give it until 5-10 years until we see a high-budget Saudi-funded Akira/Ghost in the Shell/Berserk-esque historical epic anime !kino about the Prophet Muhammad and the rise of Islam, maybe not a film where Muhammad directly appears on screen, but one where he is an off-screen character like The Message (1976) by Moustapha al Akkad (who also produced the Halloween movies), the first and only high-budget Arab film about Muhammad, the film was funded by Muammar al-Gaddafi (
