While my initial reaction was to mark this as Arab delusion, I actually think that Egypt would be willing to go to war if Trump tries to force them to take on a large amount of Palestinian refugees.

Still, this is probably just Drumpf's "Art of the Deal" bullshit where he makes a big threat to get them to acquiesce on a more reasonable compromise.
