Each country got their own rule.

Marijuana and Weed are not offending drugs in Vietnam, cause everyone hit a bong sooner or later when they hit middle age. We are not as clean as Singapore.

However, if we caught you holding Heroin, we will jail you. If we caught you buying / selling Heroin red-handed, we will execute you.

God bless Uncle Ho, maybe someday we will be allowed to hang Heroin dealers on our flag pole.
