It's pretty much on full blast here in Singapore but you can't be indoors 24/7 (i mean you can but lol)
one funny thing i've found about korea is how
they are when it comes to AC, they do not turn it on at all if the weather's chilly which is kinda messed up IMO for a 4/5 star hotel, and it can get stuffy in taxis and eateries and shit lol
i thought it was an isolated incident at the hotel i stayed in when i visited during winter 5 years ago but they do the same shit in spring too
