I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not because and referencing the pathetic /r/aznidentity's obsession with being butthurt over mayo male and asian female couples but even if you were it's an entirely different situation over here that's pretty hilarious and sad that I've actually seen many friends caught in the drama and most of them are not people you'd call incels - outgoing, sociable, not poor, not forever alone, not a virgin... etc, aka the average moderately successful person

We have sketchy Asian bars and pubs that are differentiated by the countries of origins of the ladies (thailand, vietnam, china, etc) working there, which are popular spots for many of the local males of Singapore. For some reason these women seem to have some kind of black magic when it comes to getting otherwise normal or even outstanding men simp like crazy for them, and well we literally use "black magic" in our local dialect to refer to this phenomenon:

However, nowadays I believe we use the term so casually that it's changed from meaning literal black magic to somebody who is smitten with someone to the point where he or she starts to do ridiculous things in the name of love.

See those sashes over the ladies? That's what their simps do to vie for their attention, pay exorbitant sums of cash to "prove" their love for them. Long story short, it's pretty hilarious to see your friends become a huge simp and then it becomes tragic when some really lose it all - careers, family and friends, etc - due to their obsession for a woman, one whom probably has a boyfriend or husband she's remitting money back to every week, and has a schedule of simps she texts to ask them to come to the bar where they work, stuff like "why you no come find me so long? you no love me anymore". You may call them whores but I see a grindmaxxer who has perfected the art of grifting from simps that mostly never get to frick them

I know it sounds ridiculous but I'll just put it out there that one of our largest covid clusters was due to men going to these sketchy bars in secret (nighttime entertainment was closed then).
