The problem with U=U isn't the science: it's human nature. If somebody isn't trustworthy enough to even admit that they have HIV, how can you possibly trust them to take their meds?
Like if Taylor Swift said "I have HIV, but I take meds for it, and you can use a condom when you bang me" 99% of single guys would take her up on that offer. Shit, even I would take her up on it, as long as I was allowed to have kids with somebody else first. But because Taylor actively hides her HIV diagnosis, uses crippling NDAs to force her boyfriends to keep it secret, and you can only find out about her pozzed status by either breaking into her house and searching her medicine cabinet or by rummaging through classified NSA surveillance documents, she's completely untrustworthy and you shouldn't ever hook up with her.
