Cardinal William Goh, the Archbishop of Singapore, said of the visit: "It has been 38 years since we had a visit from the Vicar of Christ to Singapore, when Pope St John Paul II honoured us with a visit on 20 November 1986.

"It is my hope that this visit of the Holy Father, Pope Francis, will bring renewed fervour to all Catholics in Singapore, uniting them in faith and mission, especially in these most challenging of times."

There are about 243,000 Roman Catholics in Singapore, according to the 2020 census.

@Xanthia idk why you deleted your comment I was about to reply :marseyindignant: I copied it though:

It actually would be one of the best opportunities to see the Pope, the Vatican is hectic and when he visited Manila the crowd was 6 million people. Largest Christian worship/Mass by population to have ever occurred. :marseyflagphillipines: :marseyletsgo: :marseyclappingglasses:

Hern admitted that at least half of the late-term abortions he's performed over the past half-century were elective, meaning that there was no underlying medical condition in the baby or the mother. Abortion advocates regularly assure the public that late-term abortions of this sort are exceedingly rare, if existent at all. But here we have it from the horse's mouth. Who knows how many thousands of these abortions Hern has performed? Again, he's been doing this for half a century.

Early in his career, Hern removed a tiny heart, a still-beating heart, with his forceps. The image haunted him for a while, but eventually, he was able to overcome the stress because of the supposed righteousness of his mission. He saw it as his responsibility to "carry some of the emotional weight" with his patients.

Hern admits to having performed late-term abortions for s*x selection. Again, this is the kind of eugenics-adjacent horror that cultural progressives will mock you for mentioning.

@BrandonShill and @Aevann should turn WPD into a website devoted to exposing the horror and inhumanity of abortion. Serial killers walk free in AmeriKKKa and if you stop them you get life in prison.
