Why anybody thinks this burned out hippie is some kind of visionary is beyond me. He never knew anything about technology or had any insight into the future beyond repeating what was already common in pop culture in the 1970s. I didn't even need to read this because I could already predict what he'd write, that Singapore is terrible because there isn't enough degeneracy on public display.
