I call it 'Acting My Wage'
Lol this whole anti-work culture online is pathetic. I guess it's good for me though what am I bitching about it's honestly less competition. The lazier and more entitled people get the faster my value goes up.
And the money means I don't have to live around you people either so it's not like I have to deal with your poor conditions.
So I don't agree with you people but I guess ultimately it's good for me so I don't know why I am saying anything

Reddit hasn't figured out that workers compete for promotions. They think a colleague is meant to be a pal, because they are stuck in a high school mentality of "we are forced to share a space and we are roughly the same age, so we are friends". And if we are among friends, we might as well hand out promotions based on seniority when there's an opening. Go on, get ahead, you've been here a while.
In ten years when the guy who's three years younger and started the job later becomes their boss, and they have become notorious as the guy who gets the projects that need doing, but don't need to be done well, what is going to be left for them but seethe?
