What an ignorant thing to say. Do you even know what OSS is? It's not just "government code-monkeys" that use it, but businesses and individual developers too. And what do you mean by "more paperwork"? There's no more paperwork involved in using OSS than there is in using proprietary software. So please, educate yourself before you make ignorant comments like this.
