GrapheneOS works pretty well with microGapps. Sometimes notifications don't work depending on the app though.

It's not microg, the thing you have the option to install is the full Google Services Framework it's just sandboxed by the grapheneos devs so that it doesn't have total access to everything on the phone the way normal GSF does. So nearly all apps will work unless they dig deep into the internal state of the phone and realize GSF is sandboxed.
